Preseason Training Program 2017
This is a suggested program which commences Monday 12th December 2016 and will take you up to the commencement of training in February 2017. There are only two sessions per week but you can do more if you wish.
It should be modified depending upon weather conditions and your general level of fitness.
You should feel comfortable and not stressed in completing each session. Ensure you hydrate well prior and during activities.
Take adequate sun smart protection by wearing a hat, sunglasses and applying block out.
