  Last night at Moonee Valley Racing Club, the Essendon DFL announced the A Grade Best & Fairest Winner, Rodney Van Reit (pic left)(Keilor Football Club) with runnerup Matthew Fitzgerald (Strathmore Football Club), then the B Grade Best & Fairest Winner, Mark DeSousa (pic right) (Taylors Lakes Football Club) with runnerup Bassman Abdulwahed (Hadfield Football Club). Stefan achieves 100 games |
 Stefan Carbone U16 Div 4 West Coburg . On the 8th August 2010 he played his 100th game for the Club. He started at West Coburg at age 8 in under 10's and has been lucky enough to be part of 2 grand final wins over the years. Stefan's dad Sam has been his coach for the last 4 years.We are also playing in the grand final against Keilor this week at Jacana . Congratulaions Stefan on your milestone game ! |

Boys played their 100th game for Taylors Lakes |
 Congratulations to Nathan Battaglia and Nathan Sposato for playing their 100th game with the Taylors Lakes Football Club Under 16's div 2 last Sunday 15th August 2010 Team mates wish them all the best in the next season. |

Jacob playing his 100th game |
 Jacob Marino started his football career in 2004, playing in the under 10's division 3; In 2005 he earnt the right to play under Andrew Dixon in division 1. Predominantly playing up forward early in his career he has now developed into a great back man with his ability to read the play and smart decision making in pressure situations. This combined with his agility and ball handling skills make him a vital member of the under 14 division 5 side and this is why he is part of their leadership group. On the weekend Jacob will play in his first grand final and will be looking for a premiership in his 100th game. Good luck Jacob |

Hayden play his 150th game |
 Hayden has played footy since he was 7 years old and had won the Essendon DFL Best & Fairest 4 times in his history. He has won the combined Under 18s interleauge best on ground this year ..he has played in a few grand finals but is yet to actually win in a premiership team. He is hoping this year will be the year and the greenvale under 18s can win the flag. He is enjoyong playing with the boys at Greenvale this year and hope it ends with a win ....go jets!! |

 Mitchell joined Sydenham Hillside Sharks in 2008 when he was 7 years old. He played for U10 Div 2 on the Wing and Forward pocket positions.
In 2009 Mitchell was part of a Grand Final winning team, the U10 Div 5. His position was Centre. He was also awarded the Coaches Award.
This season 2010, Mitchell will play his 50th game on yet again another Grand Final. His position this season has been Centre Half Back. Congratulations Mitchell and GO SHARKS! Bring it home. |

CVGT - Jake Greiser Rising Star |

 CVGT Rising Star -  Jake Greiser
Jake is currently in his first year in the U16 A's for the Keilor Football Club. He was a participatant in the U15 EDFL carnival and he is also training with the Western Jets.
Recently, he was chosen to represent the U15's Victorian Metro team & competed in Perth.
The team did very well all week, winning all their games and got to the grand final. Unfortunately though, they lost to the WA1 side.
At the closing ceremony, the organisation chose a team of 22 to make up an All Australian team from approximately 200 U15 boys & Jake was selected". |

Craigieburn get 2 Best & Fairest |
|
 Congratulations on behalf of the Craigieburn Junior Football Club to Brock Chircop (U/10 Div 1), and also for Zac Tabacco (U/10 Div 6) for both winning Essendon DFL Best &Fairest in their respective divisions.
Zac was also named best on ground in his winning grand final team last Sunday. A fantastic effort by both boys! |

Congratulations Dom - 50 games |
 2008 Dominic started in the 10/5's where he played in a losing grand final. Dominic won the best and fairest in his first year and had a great year.
2009 Dominic played in the 10/5's where he played in the winning grand final team.
In 2010 Dominic is playing in the 12/2's and had a good year where he will be playing his 50th game in the grand final.

 Blake started his football at Auskick at Sydenham Hillside and now has played for the past three years wearing Number 22.
In his first year he came third in the leagues best and fairest. He has lost one grand final and won one and hopes to make it another winning Grand Final on his 50th game next weekend.
