Fair Game Respect Matters
Fair Game Respect Matters is a program that aims to introduce culture change in community football clubs as a way to prevent violence against women. The program is based on research that shows that where relationships between men and women are equal and based on respect then the reates of violence against women can be reduced.

Quality Club Program
The concept of the Quality Club Program is to provide an opportunity for all community football clubs in Victoria to achieve a minimum standard of club administration and to recognise and reward clubs for achieving the base standard through to standards of excellence. Clubs will have the opportunity to achieve the following levels;
BRONZE, SILVER and GOLD.

AFL Kids First Program
Launched in 2005, The AFL Kids First Program has proved to be a highly successful initiative aimed at providing guidelines for positive interaction between parents and children within the sporting community.
Whilst parents play an important role in the delivery and support of sporting activities for their own and other children, they also have a clear responsibility to act in a constructive and encouraging manner at all times. Barracking and wanting your child to perform well is human nature, but it is critical that this should be done in a responsible manner avoiding the 'ugly parent syndrome' at all times.
